Impressed with helpful staff, especially Jula the receptionist. Great service from in-room dining and breakfast buffet. Ideal location and well-equipped room. Highly recommend the restaurant on the first floor.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is conveniently located in the central shopping district, close to several temples and the Great Mosque. It was easy to find transportation, and the hotel staff even helped us arrange a taxi. The breakfast was delicious and had many options. we enjoyed our stay in this hotel in this city.

At the reception I was asked to change from queen to twin bed but no mentioned that option was more expensive. Only durning checkout I realized that I had to pay more.

The hotel location is perfect for exploring the city! the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep! the breakfast is delicious and filling with a wide variety of tasty options to choose from.

The hotel has some issues with the temperature control in the rooms. It can get too warm during the night and the central control makes it impossible to adjust the temperature to your preference.

I have booked a non-smoking room but the room was filled with smoking smells. The front desk staff spent 10 minutes to find my booking.

The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to all the major sights and near a major shopping area. The staff here goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They spoke English and were very service-minded, ensuring that all my needs were met. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The restaurant on the first floor served delicious meals, especially the breakfast and dinner buffet which offered a great mix of Chinese and Western dishes. I was very satisfied with my experience here.

Located in a prime area, just a short walk from some of the city's most popular sites and attractions, including several temples, the Great Mosque, and DaZhao Monastery. the hotel staff was exceptional in arranging transportation and were always readily available to assist, even with translation for taxi drivers. the room was very clean and comfortable, with excellent room service options. the included breakfast buffet was a real treat, offering an extensive selection of both local and Western cuisine, not to mention the free minibar.

While overall, the hotel had a lot to offer, the fitness center was quite small and not very well-equipped.

During our romantic escape, we found the hotel staff to be very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect as it allowed us to easily access the tourist attractions and it was located close to the main expressway. the spacious room and clean amenities were key features that we enjoyed.

Although the hotel had its positives, there were a few downsides. The outdated interior decor of the room left something to be desired.
